Taking the malt and yeast profile of a traditional British-Style India Pale Ale and adding an American-Style citrus punch, our beaver•river is both assertive and drinkable. beaver•river is organic, unfiltered and has been dry-hopped in our conditioning tanks to amplify the Pacific Gem hop aroma. 	FestivaleAltbier • 4.7% alc/vol Festivale is based on a rare German style of ale, know as Alt (German for old, referring to how long this style has been in existence.) It originates from the northern part of the Rhineland, and is something of a cousin beer to our Lugtread. Festivale is an amber ale, with balanced high-intensity maltiness and hop presence. Caramunich malts give Festivale its colour and a rich caramel sweetness. Festivale bucks the trend of pale summer beers, offering up amber hues and tastiness for a unique result that is both quaffable and refreshing. 	Mates (with dates)Wild Oats No. 16 Experimental Fruit Beer • 7.7% alc/vol Mates with dates is the second beer in the Beau's Friendship Series – collaboration beers created with other brewers we know and love. Mates was created in partnership with British brewer Alex Barlow of ALLBEER. Mates is a truly experimental offering. The base beer is loosely modeled on an English brown ale. After the first fermenation we added crushed dates, cane sugar, more wort and Trappist Ale yeast to get a second fermantation going.
