Get set to roll out the barrels…Once again the fields of the Vankleek Hill fairgrounds will be full of lederhosen, dirndls, green alpine hats and steins. It’s BEAU’S Oktoberfest!!

Tomorrow morning (THURSDAY AUGUST 19, 2010) early bird tickets go on sale online at www.beaus.ca for the 2nd annual Beau’s Oktoberfest celebration to be held October 2nd & 3rd at the Vankleek Hill Fairgrounds in Vankleek Hill, Ont.

Last year's event sold out & brought more than 5,000 people through the gates, and the event raised over $12,000 for the Vankleek Hill Agricultural Society

“Last years inaugural event was an overwhelming success” says Steve Beauchesne of BEAU’S All Natural Brewing Company, “This year we’re going to put a little more Oomph in our Oompah-pah!”

Some of the changes to this years event include the expansion to 2 days of activities on October 2nd & 3rd; an expanded selection of delicious Bavarian food, 5 brands of Beau’s organic beer (including 3 brand new releases), activities for the whole family including a petting zoo, hay wagon rides, live oompah music and more to be announced.

As BEAU’S Signature fundraising event, a portion of this years Oktoberfest will be donated to the United Way, Canadian Organic Week & the Vankleek Hill Agricultural Society

Online early bird tickets available as of 10am Thursday August 19th, 2010 at www.beaus.ca

In store tickets will be available for purchase at all Bridgehead locations Tuesday August 24th, 2010. As last year’s event sold out, guests are encouraged to get tickets early to avoid disappointment.
