Matthew is our brewer. He gained his knowledge of brewing the old-fashioned way learning and working his way up the ranks of well-respected breweries.

Matt lives in nearby Apple Hill with his wife, Elke, and brand-new daughter, Grace.

If you don't already know Jen or Jamie, you'd like them if you did. Jen and Jamie are the beer-selling folks. Jen is Tim’s daughter (and Steve's sister, dontchaknow), and Jamie has been Steve’s friend since grade 4. Jamie looks after downtown Ottawa and Jen handles the rest of Eastern Ontario, all the way to K-Town.

Philip is Steve's brother (and Tim's son, dontchaknow). Phil is responsible for making sure things go smoothly at the brewery, from monitoring inventory levels to making sure enough bottles are filled each week, to well, pretty much everything except brewing and filtering...that's Matt's turf.

Denise keeps things at Beau’s in order, from her fantastic telephone voice to bookkeeping, sales support and customer service. Although highly qualified in her role, rumours still persist that she’s sleeping with the boss.

Nikky and Laura run the retail shop and give tours and pour samples and also fill bottles with beer when there is time. Nikky is a good friend of the family and Laura is Philip's wife.

Jordan runs Dash Dot Dash, a fantastic graphic design firm and when he feels like a good laugh he helps us look professional.
