Tasting Notes

Pours deep orange. Mingling aromas of peppermint and juniper come to attention. With a sip the malty, sweet taste is given a pleasant cleansing lift from cooling peppermint and herbal juniper. Light orange peel adds citrus complements in the flavour undertones.

Food Pairings

Try it paired with gingerbread, spring rolls, or traditional winter holiday fare.
