Week 1, Feb 1: Ninho do Corvo

FeBREWary celebrations for 2018 kick off with this luscious coconut robust porter, a collaboration with our friends at Weird Barrel, a craft brewery Ribeirão Preto, Brazil! Organic toasted coconut and cacao nibs from South America will add an authentic taste of the tropics to your winter with each silky sip.

Week 2, Feb 8: Cherry Revue

Beau’s proudly presents its newest artistic creation, Cherry Revue! This gose features the classic duo of barley and wheat malts, and puts organic cherry juice centre stage to shine. Sea salt plays a supporting role in this easy-to-enjoy oeuvre that leaves audiences wanting more.

Week 3, Feb 15: Farm Table: Belgian-style Black Ale

Part of Beau’s series of true-to-style beers, this Belgian-style black ale is a showcase of roasted chocolate and black malts, to which monastery ale yeast adds a characteristically Belgian spiced finish. Hidden deep within the dragon’s lair, this ale is worth the challenge of contending against its keeper.

Week 4, Feb 22: Do No Evil

A beer inspired by the national beverage of Japan, we brewed this refreshing sake lager with organic rice added to the mixture of barley malts, and then cold-aged it on oak stars that had been soaked in sake. Kanpai!

Week 5, Mar 1: Cavalier Bleu

Built on the foundation of a generously hopped I.P.A., Cavalier Bleu blends the citrusy aromas of organic New Zealand hop varieties with the fruity flavours found in American Azacca and German Mandarina Bavaria hops. Topping it off is an infusion of organic blueberry juice made from wild Québec blueberries.
